Nonmedicinal Ingredients:
Gelatin and slippery elm bark. Caprylic Acid.

Recommended Use:
Adults:
Take the contents of two packets (12 capsules) twice daily, 15 minutes before breakfast and 15 minutes before dinner. Drink at least 250 mL of water with the capsules. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
