Each capsule contains Althaea officinalis (marshmallow) root 59 mg, Avena sativa (oat) herb top 59 mg of a 10:1 extract, Chondrus crispus (irish moss) whole 59 mg, Medicago sativa (alfalfa) herb top 59 mg, Plantago major (plantain) leaf 59 mg and Humulus lupulus (hops) strobile 31 mg.

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

Gelatin and wheatgrass.

Recommended Use:

Dosage (adults):

Take 3 capsules, 3 times daily; if needed increase the daily dose to 3 capsules, 6 times daily. Take in divided doses with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
