Anti Nausea- Adults, adolescents and children 6 years and under:Take 1-4 capsules daily. Take 1-2 capsules 30 min before travel, optionally 1 capsule every 4 hours as necessary, or 1 capsule 4 times daily to a maximum of 4 capsules daily. Other uses- Adults, Adolescents and children 6 years and older: Take 1 capsule 4x daily.
